How often do sanitize your van?

We prioritize cleanliness and sanitize our grooming van at the start of each day. Additionally, after every grooming session, we use pet-friendly chemicals to ensure a hygienic environment for your furry friend.

What type of products do you use to wash the dogs?

We use top-tier, hypoallergenic shampoos and conditioners specifically designed to cater to dogs with sensitive skin. Our high-quality products ensure a gentle and nurturing grooming experience for your beloved pets.

Why do appointments booked online need to be reviewed and approved?

Our online booking review process ensures the safety and well-being of your furry companion and our groomer. We review each appointment to confirm that:

  • Your dog does not exhibit aggressive behavior.

  • The grooming location provides adequate space for our van.

  • The location falls within our designated service area.

This process helps guarantee a seamless and stress-free grooming experience.

Do you take agressive dogs? 

No, we no longer accept aggressive dogs to ensure the safety of both our groomers and the pets in our care. Grooming aggressive dogs can create a stressful and potentially dangerous environment, risking harm to the groomer and the dog. If a dog exhibits aggressive behavior during a session, the groomer reserves the right to stop the session immediately to prevent injuries. In such cases, a $30 fee may be charged to cover time and travel expenses. This policy allows us to maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive grooming experience for all our clients.

How do you handle situations where there might be accidental injuries to a dog during the grooming session?

While accidents are rare, we prioritize your pet's safety. Our grooming van is equipped with a comprehensive first-aid kit to promptly clean, disinfect, and treat minor injuries. For more serious incidents, we will contact you immediately and seek veterinary attention if necessary.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, cash and venmo. 

How long does a typical grooming session take?

The duration of a grooming session varies based on factors like the size of the dog, their hair type, and the preferred grooming style. For a personalized estimate, our groomer will contact you to discuss specific details and provide an approximate duration for your pet's grooming session.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, we kindly request clients to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a $20 cancellation fee. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.

Are there any additional fees for holiday bookings?

Last-minute appointments booked within 3 days of a holiday will incur an additional $15 fee due to increased demand. Bookings made in advance are not subject to this fee.
